WHAT THE LICENSE DOES NOT COVER

To protect the integrity of the work and the standard your credential carries, the following are not included in the standard license:

Creating or selling courses, digital products, or programs that directly teach the Be The Firefly Frameworks (delivery of the framework is allowed - not directly publishing the framework).
Naming your coaching business or programs using Be The Firefly trademarks
Training or certifying other coaches in the frameworks
Paid keynotes or corporate training where the frameworks are the primary featured deliverable (mentioning your certification in any speaking context is always permitted)
Commercializing any new framework substantially derived from The I AM Theory™ or The Firefly Path™
